At Metusalem BioLabs, we want withdrawal and return requests to be easy, clear and properly documented.

This page allows you to submit a withdrawal or return request for an order placed through our online store. It is designed to support the consumer right of withdrawal for distance purchases under EU consumer law, including Directive 2011/83/EU, while also allowing us to review each request correctly based on the product type, delivery status and condition of the goods.

Please enter your order number and the email address used during checkout. After your order is found, you can select the items you would like to include and submit your request for manual review.

Please note that food supplements, health foods and sealed consumable products may be subject to hygiene, safety and product integrity restrictions. Submitting this form does not automatically approve a refund, replacement or return. We will review your request and contact you by email if we need any further information.
